Novatallow operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Novatallow is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

To use the Services, including browsing our store or purchasing our products, you may be asked to provide information such as your email address, billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent that all information you provide is correct, current and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity on your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any other person.

Section 2 - Our products

We make every effort to accurately represent our products. Colour and appearance may differ slightly from how they appear on your screen due to your device and its settings.

Our balm and cream are cosmetic moisturisers, not medical treatments, and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any skin condition. We recommend patch testing on a small area of skin before first use. Full ingredient lists are provided on each product page.

Every batch we produce is halal certified. Certification documents are available on request before you order.

Product descriptions are subject to change at any time at our discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities offered to any person or region.

Section 3 - Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Novatallow reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance, and we must receive and process payment first. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after acceptance.

If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email, billing address, or phone number provided at checkout.

Returns and exchanges are handled solely in accordance with our Refund Policy.

You confirm that your purchase is for personal or household use, not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 - Prices and billing

Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation email. Posted prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment and account information, and to promptly update this information as needed so we can complete your transactions.

You confirm that any payment details you provide are true and complete, that you are authorised to use the payment method provided, and that you will pay all charges incurred, including shipping and applicable taxes.

Section 5 - Shipping and delivery

Delivery times shown at checkout and on our Shipping & Delivery page are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we hand products to the courier, risk of loss passes to you, though this does not affect your statutory rights regarding faulty or damaged goods.

Our Services, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, and product content, are owned by Novatallow, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

These Terms permit personal, non-commercial use of the Services only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any material on the Services without our prior written consent.

Novatallow's name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Novatallow and may not be used without prior written permission. Shopify's name and logo are trademarks of Shopify.

Section 7 - Optional tools

Some third-party tools may be made available through the Services, which we do not monitor or control. Such tools are provided "as is" without warranty, and we accept no liability for your use of them. Use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk.

Section 9 - Relationship with Shopify

Novatallow is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. Any sales you make through our Store are made directly with Novatallow. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Novatallow, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases and transactions with Novatallow.

Personal information we collect is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes information about your use of the Services to help provide and improve them.
