Balm or cream, which one do you need

Our balm is thick and completely water-free, built for overnight repair or skin that's properly dry. It's the richer of the two, and a little goes a long way.

Our cream is lighter, blended with three oils instead of one, and absorbs faster, which makes it better suited to daytime wear or under makeup.

Some people use both, balm at night and cream in the morning. Neither is an upgraded version of the other, they're simply built for different moments.

Everything in this range is halal certified

Every product here, balm and cream, carries the same halal certification. We built the brand around that standard rather than adding it as an afterthought.

Real UK searches confirm people are actively looking for halal tallow skincare, yet most sellers in this category don't mention halal status at all.

Ask us for the certification on either product and we'll share it before you buy.

Why grass-fed tallow is the base of everything we make

Human skin produces sebum built from many of the same fatty acids found in beef tallow, which is why it tends to absorb rather than sit on top of skin.

Every product in this range starts with the same grass-fed tallow, rich in vitamins A, D, E and K, before anything else is blended in.

What changes between the balm and the cream is what's added to it, not the tallow itself.

Common questions about our tallow range

What's the difference between the tallow balm and the tallow cream?

The balm is thick and completely water-free, built from tallow, honey, beeswax, shea butter, vitamin E and lavender. The cream is lighter, blending tallow with olive oil, almond oil, jojoba oil and honey for faster absorption. Both share the same grass-fed, halal-certified tallow base.

Are both the tallow balm and tallow cream halal certified?

Yes, every batch of both products is halal certified. We can share the certification for either one directly if you'd like to see it before ordering.

Which tallow product is best for eczema-prone skin?

Both are built from very short ingredient lists, which is why many people with eczema-prone skin reach for tallow products in general. Some prefer the balm's richness for overnight use, others find the cream easier to layer under other products during the day. We can't say one treats eczema better than the other, since neither is a treatment.

Can I use the balm and cream together?

Yes, plenty of people do. A common routine is the cream in the morning for something lighter, and the balm at night for deeper, overnight moisture.

Is your tallow skincare available across the UK?

Yes, both products are made for the UK market and ship from within the UK.

Do either of your products contain water?

No. Both the balm and the cream are formulated without added water, which is part of why neither needs synthetic preservatives to stay stable.
