Shipping & Delivery

Here's exactly what to expect once you place an order, costs, timings, and everything in between.

Where we deliver

We currently ship to addresses across the UK mainland, including England, Wales, and central Scotland.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and the Channel Islands may take longer or carry an additional charge, shown at checkout before you pay. We do not currently ship internationally.

Delivery costs

Standard UK delivery costs £4.99 per order.

Orders over £40 qualify for free standard delivery, automatically applied at checkout.

Order processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays are processed on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days to arrive.

In total, most orders arrive within 4 to 7 business days from the date the order is placed, combining processing and transit time.

Order tracking

You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is dispatched, including tracking information where available, so you can follow your delivery.

Delayed or missing deliveries

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, incorrect address details, customs, or events outside our control.

If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, contact us at hello@novatallow.co.uk and we'll look into it for you.

Incorrect delivery details

Please double check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address if the details provided at checkout were wrong, though we'll always try to help resolve the issue.
